To better serve our customers, Obility is supplementing its onsite technical support services with a new remote tech support and troubleshooting option. With this new service, we can create a secure remote desktop session with your Mac or PC and interactively troubleshoot or guide you to a solution to your technical issues. We find remote troubleshooting benefits our customers through faster response times and reduced time-to-problem-resolution, which also reduces the overall cost of the tech support call.
