The QuantiPay Electronic Payment Platform is a new web-based service developed and offered by Obility. QuantiPay makes it easy to receive anytime, anywhere credit card payments through a hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) model. QuantiPay was initially created to provide our customers a convenient way to pay for Obility’s consulting services. Since its initial conception, we have had a great deal of interest, including a contract to white-label the service.
Signing up for a QuantiPay account is free and takes under five minutes. Once you have created your account and registered your payment gateway, you can immediately begin taking credit card payments at your unique QuantiPay Payment Page URL. QuantiPay works with all major web browsers and is also optimized for mobile usage on the iPhone.
We have been successfully using QuantiPay for several months now to collect payment for our consulting services. To better serve our customers, Obility is supplementing its onsite technical support services with a new remote tech support and troubleshooting option. With this new service, we can create a secure remote desktop session with your Mac or PC and interactively troubleshoot or guide you to a solution to your technical issues. We find remote troubleshooting benefits our customers through faster response times and reduced time-to-problem-resolution, which also reduces the overall cost of the tech support call.
